These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases of Goods that are sold by Sarcastic Apparel. By placing an order on this website, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. YOUR USE OF THE SITE CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF AND AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT.  FURTHERMORE, BY PLACING AN ORDER FOR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES FROM THE SITE, YOU ACCEPT AND ARE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. 
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest Terms and Conditions.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

In these Terms and Conditions (the “Conditions”) the following words shall have their corresponding meaning:

“Buyer” the person(s), firm or company who purchases the Goods from the Company.

“Goods” any Goods agreed to be supplied to the Buyer by the Company (including any part or parts of them).
“Delivery Date” the date on which the Goods are to be delivered as stipulated in the Buyer’s order and accepted by the Seller.
“Contract” any agreement between the Company and the Buyer for the sale and purchase of the Goods, incorporating these Conditions.

1. Basis of Sale
   1.1. The Buyer represents that information provided when placing its order is up-to-date, materially accurate and is sufficient for the Seller to fulfil the Buyer’s order.
   1.2. The Buyer represents that it has the legal capacity to enter into a contract. No warranty, commitment or any other obligation should be assumed by the Buyer on the Seller’s behalf or on behalf of a Goods manufacturer, licensor or supplier without the Seller’s express prior written consent.
   1.3. The Seller’s employees or agents are not authorised to make any representations concerning the Goods unless confirmed by the Seller in writing. In entering into the Contract the Buyer acknowledges that it does not rely on, and waives any claim for breach of, any such representations.
   1.4. No variation to these Conditions shall be binding unless prior agreed in writing between the authorised representatives of the Buyer and the Seller.
   1.5. Sales literature, price lists and other documents issued by the Seller in relation to the Goods are subject to alteration without notice and do not constitute offers to sell the Goods which are capable of acceptance.
   1.6. The liability of the Seller to the Buyer for breaking any of these Conditions is limited to refunding any money already paid by the Buyer for Goods that have not been received. The Company will not be liable for any loss, damages or return of Goods unless the loss or damages are caused by negligence.
   1.7. Any typographical, clerical or other accidental errors or omissions on the website or in any sales literature, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer, invoice or other document or information issued by the Seller shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of the Seller. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the Goods, you will receive a full refund.
2. Prices
   2.1. Confirmation of the order by the Buyer signifies acceptance of all charges.
   2.2. The company reserves the right to alter prices at any time prior to delivery.
3. Delivery
   3.1. Delivery of the Goods shall be made by the Seller as specified in the Buyer’s order.
   3.2. The Delivery Date is approximate only and time for delivery shall not be of the essence unless previously agreed by the Seller in writing. The Goods may be delivered by the Seller in advance of the Delivery Date.

   4. Damage/Loss in Transit
   4.1. The Company accepts no liability for any loss resulting from the Buyer’s failure to comply with our carrier’s requirements with respect to notification of damage, shortage or non-delivery of Goods.
   4.2. Goods should be inspected on receipt and any damage/shortages reported in writing to the company within 3 days.
   4.3. Damaged Goods and original packaging must be retained for inspection at the company’s discretion.
   4.4. Damaged Goods returned to the company will only be accepted if previously agreed in writing.
   4.5. Non-delivery must be advised in writing to the company within 10 days of the date of order.
   4.6. The company reserve the right to refuse service/goods to anyone for any reason at any time.
   4.7. The buyer agrees not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Goods, use of the Goods, or access to the Goods or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by the company.
   4.8. The company is not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or accurate. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or appropriate sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at the buyer’s own risk.
   4.9. This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not accurate and is provided for the buyer’s reference only. The company reserves the right to modify the content of this site at any time, but has no obligation to update any information on the site. The buyer agrees that it is his/her responsibility to monitor changes to the site.
   4.10. Prices of the products are subject to change without notice.
   4.11. The company reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service/Goods (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
   4.12. The company shall not be liable to the buyer or any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service/Goods.
   4.13. The company have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of the products that appear at the store. The company cannot guarantee that the buyer’s computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
   4.14. The company reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of the products or Services/Goods to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. The company may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. The company reserve the right to limit the quantities of any offered products or services/goods. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of the company. The company reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
   4.15. The company do not warrant that the quality of any products, services/goods, information, or other material purchased or obtained by the buyer will meet his/her expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
   4.16. The company reserve the right to refuse any order you place on the website. The company may, in sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that the company make a change to or cancel an order, the company may attempt to notify the buyer by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. The company reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in its sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

The buyer agrees to provide accurate, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on the website. The buyer agrees to promptly update his/her account and other information, including his/her email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that the company can complete the buyer’s transactions and contact him/her as needed.

5. Returns
5.1. The company doesn’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, such as damages due to the delivery or print the customer can return it within 14 days of delivery. Please inform the company within 7 days and return the damaged goods no later than 14 days. Inform us via email of the damaged good. info@sarcasticapparel.com

6. Payment
   6.1. Payment for the Goods and any applicable delivery charges can be made by any method shown on the company’s website at the time the buyer place his/her order.
   6.2. Payment shall be due before the delivery date and time for payment shall be a fundamental term of this agreement, breach of which shall entitle the company to terminate the contract immediately.
   6.3. There will be no delivery until cleared funds are received.
   6.4. In certain circumstances, the company may require verification of identity and/or an address in order to comply with payment processing procedures. The following are considered acceptable forms of verification documentation.

Identity (must be valid):
1. Current valid “full” passport; or
2. Provisional or full (photo) driving license; or
3. Government-issued National Identity Card (for some countries)

Address:
1. Copy of a recent utility or tax bill. The document must be no more than 3 months old. Mobile phone bills are not acceptable; or
2. A current account or credit card statement. The statement should be the most recent available statement. Statements featuring a “care of” address are not acceptable. Non-bank cards, including gym cards, store cards and student cards are not acceptable; or
3. A recent mortgage statement.
The company reserves the right not to supply Goods without verification of identity and/or address.

7. Liability
   7.1. Using the products are completely at buyers’ risk and Sarcastic Apparel is not liable for any injury or damage as a result of using the product without taking necessary precautions.
8. Copyright
   8.1. Unless otherwise stated, the design and layout of this website, and all the material published on this website, including text, graphics, photos, videos, logos and attached documents, is the copyright of TEQ CHOICE LIMITED. You may not copy any materials from this website without prior permission.
9. Links to Third-Party Websites
   9.1. From time to time this website may contain links to websites controlled by third parties. The Company provides these links merely as a convenience. Access to other websites is at your own risk and the Company is not responsible for and does not endorse or accept any responsibility for the contents or use of these web sites.
   10. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
   10.1. Use of sarcasticapparel.comis governed by English Law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts in any dispute which may arise concerning the Contract.
